All CD’s must be opened in person at our friendly facilities in Brimfield. |

Minimum balance required to open an account is $100. Unlimited deposits can be made, but no more than $50,000.00 total. The interest rate on this account is 3.94%, with an annual percentage yield of 4.00%. |

This a variable rate CD. The first interest rate change will be April 1, 2010. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change semiannually thereafter. |

| • |
The interest rate will never be more than 10.0% or less than 0.5%. |
|
| • |
Interest compounds quarterly. |
|
| • |
Interest will be credited to your account quarterly. |
|
| • |
Your account will mature ten years from the date of initial deposit. |

| • |
For early withdrawals, we impose a 50% penalty on all interest earned, paid and accrued. However, we will waive this penalty and you can enjoy these preferred rates if you use these funds to purchase a home. |
